Hand Sanitizer: While we will have some hand sanitizer available, it is a good idea to bring some with.

Water: We will have complimentary water during our transits to and from the border. Most of the venues we will visit will have bottled water available. Note, if you are concerned about water quality in Mexico, please ask for ‘no ice’.

Pesos

Get your Mexican Pesos before you leave. For each day of your visit, you’ll need roughly:
  • $150-300 US for food and wine, and
  • an additional $20 US for gratuities.

Gratuities in MX are 10-20% of your bill. Please plan to tip your driver and waitstaff.

 

Exchange Rate: As of April 2026, the Peso (MXN) was 1=.057 US dollars, or $17 MXN for every $1 US. Rates change daily.

Camera

Bring your camera along. You won’t regret it.
